The service

StoonGame : Ember Worlds is an independent, fan-made browser strategy game in closed alpha. It is provided free of charge, as-is, and may change, break, or go offline at any time. Alpha means progress may be wiped between releases.

Your account

• You're responsible for your account credentials and anything done under them.
• Guest sessions are temporary; convert to a registered account to keep your progress.
• One person per account; don't impersonate others.

Fair play

• No cheating, exploits, or automated play against other players (the sanctioned agent/MCP interfaces excepted).
• No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content in chat, forum, map names, or feedback.
• We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other players.

Your content

Maps, forum posts, and feedback you submit stay yours; you grant us a license to host and display them as part of the game.

Liability

The game is provided "as is" without warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for lost progress, downtime, or damages from using the alpha.
